This was my first time trying Challenge Butter Unsalted and I was presently surprised how creamy the texture was coming right out of the fridge. This will definitely be my go to butter from now on. Not to mention it is a bit cheaper! That is a plus!

This butter has been good to use in my cooking. I use it to grease pans for baking and also for when I cook food on the stovetop. I like this unsalted butter because it helps me cut down on sodium consumption, since a lot of food already contains a lot of salt.
