This butter is very easy to spread and I have no issues with it. I don't see the benefit of this butter containing the olive oil unless that's what makes it more spreadable, but other butters without the oil spread just as well. I would choose a cheaper butter over this tub because this product is more expensive.

I like this butter a lot because it spreads very easily on bread, toast, bagels, etc. It has a very creamy texture, I think because of the olive oil in it!
