I have sensitive gums, and they reacted terribly when I used these. They were on for a short period of time when I noticed a burning sensation. Definitely not for me, and perhaps not others with sensitive gums, but if you have no issue there, you might have better luck than myself.
Cleans decent enough, and does keep breath fresh, though it's not as lasting as other brands. I don't mind using it, especially if I want a break from all the mints out there, because the cinnamon flavor is truly spot on and completely unique to the brand. I just don't exactly prefer it.
If this ever got discontinued I would be devastated.
This stuff smells like heaven, and makes my skin crazy soft. I exfoliate 2-3x a week, because my skin is dry and I'll get flaky. This scrub rids my dead/dry skin without drying or irritating it at all. It legit polishes your skin, leaving it silky and, if you so choose, primed for the closest, smoothest shave of your life.
Other body oils they take their time absorbing, or ends up feeling sticky. With other creamy oils, I don't feel as much moisture as I do with this particular brand and variety. As soon as I get out of the shower, I barely pat dry, and slather myself in this creamy goodness. It's the only way I can survive winter, and it's tender to my skin. I can really notice a difference when I don't use this product. I notice the biggest difference in using it regularly. After using this almost daily for 2 weeks, my skin was much more supple, and the weird little raised bumps on the back of my arm calmed so far down, most of it had cleared up.
Listen. I KNOWWWW I'm not supposed to suntan or whatever. I know the sun's rays are harmful. I know about the dangers of skin cancer. I get it. But I'm from the South. Sittin in the sun is just how it is. I'm all for sunscreen, especially when being outdoors for an extended period of time.
I sun myself. And nothin conjures up some bronzed brown skin like this stuff. I mean, there SOME SPF in there, so there's a shred of something to feel good about. All in all, If you're gonna sun tan, this stuff is the biz.
Putting sunscreen on children and letting it dry before running outside to hit the beach is nothing short of a rodeo. It's like trying to catch a greased hog. This stuff makes it INFINITELY easier. I can fully and confidently 'screen down a toddler in less than a minute. Another minute or so and it's nearly dried. This makes me a WHOLE lot less ill about it all, which, in turn, helps me not scream at my kids. Boom. A better mom because of this stuff.
Classic dove but smells like heaven. It's such a wonderful coconut scent. If I'm using bar soap, it's either Dove or a local handmade variety. Of the drugstore bar soaps (which, to be honest, I only use for armpits and feet), Dove is the least drying. It still makes my skin a bit dry and taught, but that can be quenched with some good body oil. Over all, I keep it local, but if I'm gonna purchase from a drug store, it's dove coconut.
