Review for Godiva Masterpieces Chocolate Assortments - 1 week, 6 days ago
Sweet Tooth Expert Level 2
These are so smooth and creamy. The texture is like silk. The caramel is just the right amount of sweet without being overpowering. The dark chocolate is also smooth and not super bitter. I really enjoyed these chocolates!
Review for Nyakio Red Ginseng Line Smoothing Eye & Lip Cream - 4 months, 3 weeks ago
Beauty Junkie Expert Level 4
So yeah, these Nyakio beauty products are amazing! The Red Ginseng Eye and Lip Cream is my new favorite product in their beauty line. I am a little insecure when it comes to my under eye area.

I’m at ‘that’ age when lines really are starting to pop up, but I also have sensitive skin, so the less chemicals in a product, the better. With just a small swipe of product and a quick massage, I could see and feel the difference around my eyes and lips. I don’t know if it’s supposedto have a cooling effect, but it does for me! I love that it is unscented too! It doesn’t leave sensitive skin irritated either!

My tip is to apply after night cleansing just before bed, that way your under eyes feel great and you can relax before bed! This is an in-home spa night for your face if you ask me! A+!

Review for imPRESS Press-on Manicure - 4 months, 3 weeks ago
Beauty Junkie Expert Level 4
ImPress Gel Manicure is my favorite new nail care product. They are so easy to apply and the shine lasts through at least five days of dishwashing and handwashing! With 30 nails in each pack, it is so easy to find my perfect size every time. The most difficult part of these imPRESS manicures is choosing what color to buy! At around $8 though, I guess I can always buy more than one set!! * I received a free set for review. All opinions expressed are my own.*
Review for Maybelline SuperStay Matte Ink™ Liquid Lipstick - 7 months ago

Review for: Pioneer, Lover more...
I have found the matte lipstick that beats all. Maybelline Super Stay Matte Ink is officially the best lip color on the planet. Now, I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to applying just about any kind of makeup--lipstick included, however the application is super easy and and it only takes one coat for all day coverage. From kissing my pups' snooters before I left for the day to noshing on a slice of pepperoni pizza, this lipstick didn't budge. The best part? It doesn't leave my lips feeling dry like most of the matte lip colors available. I really love the highly pigmented shades and how they compliment my fair/cool skin tone. 5 out of 5 stars!

I have very dry cuticles, but this is the first time I've ever used a masque. I absolutely love the scent (mildly tropical) and the non greasy feel. My nails and cuticles look nourished after just one use. I will say they are a little difficult to put on without a friend to help and if you have chubby fingers, the masques can be a little tight. Not unbearably so, but still noticeable. These are a great product and I don't hesitate to recommend them for a girl's night in or spa party! *I received a free product for testing purposes. Review for Nyakio Kenyan Coffee Face Polish - 9 months, 1 week ago
Beauty Junkie Expert Level 4
I love facial scrubs, but oftentimes they can be harsh, have a strong scent, or it seems like it takes a ton of product to feel an improvement of my skin. Thankfully, the Nyakio Kenyan Coffee Face Polish falls into none of these negative categories. It is now one of my favorite skincare products. A little dab goes a long way and after just one use, my skin feels fresh and firm. My mom loves it, too! It works great on my skin and my middle-aged mamma's! (Hope she doesn't read this review! :-p). After the first use, my skin did tingle a bit, but not enough to bother me. Just thought I'd mention it to my fellow sensitive skin peeps! This face polish has just the right texture, not too gritty, and leaves a soft glow!

I just love it and love this company's back story, too! Highly recommended! * I received a free sample for review purposes. All opinions expressed are my own.*
Review for Monistat Chafing Relief Powder Gel - 10 months, 1 week ago
Wellness Guru Expert Level 2
Yes!!! I love Monistat Anti-Chafing Gel! It does double duty for me. I use it on my inner thighs during the hot summer months when I like to wear sundresses and also as a primer for my face. It has the same ingredients as one of the top makeup primers out there. It will work in a pinch and a little goes a long way, both as a primer and anti-chafing gel. A tube lasts me the whole summer and through the winter, too. For about $6 a tube, it's a bargain. I can't live without it or my thighs would be rubbed raw!
Review for Stash Premium Tea Black Tea - 11 months, 1 week ago
Stash Orange Spice Black tea is great served hot or iced. With a mild orange flavor and a dash of cinnamon and cloves, it is a well balanced blend. Since it's a caffeinated black tea, I wouldn't recommend it for an evening beverage, it's a tea that's perfect at most any time of day. It's great enjoyed with a shortbread biscuit!
I love sweet tea! This is one of my favorite unique flavors on the market. It has just the right amount of sweetness and a hint of blackberry. I love that it's organic and certified Rainforest Alliance! Feel good about what you drink!
Review for e.l.f. Cosmetics Cream Eyeliner - 1 year ago
Beauty Junkie Expert Level 4
I have the worst trouble putting on eyeliner, for one thing I can't see and need to be an inch from my magnifying mirror, my eyelids are wrinkled, and my hand shakes. All these factors combined make for a far from fun makeup application experience. I usually stick with Kohl pencils when it comes to eyeliner just because of the disaster I had with some liquid eyeliner. I wasn't sure how I would feel about a cream liner, but this stuff is so inexpensive, I decided to try it and ended up loving it. The important thing is to have the right tools. You must have their applicator brush. It is so thin and precise. It grabs just the right amount of cream from the pot. It goes on so smoothly and you can apply as much pressure or as little as you need to get your line as thick or thin as you like. A little goes a long way and is fairly easy to remove with makeup wipes at the end of the day! Highly recommend!
