Very shiny and pretty, but SO creamy and wet looking that it transfers like no other. Within just a few minutes of wear the color was bleeding outside of lip lines and got all over my hands from lightly grazing my lips. Not practical for a bright shade to transfer that much, but it might be nice in nude.
With the beauty industry getting more shade-inclusive as of recent, Maybelline really needs to work on their lightest shades. I am pale with neutral undertones, and their lightest shade, "Porcelain" was literally orange on me. I can make it work with a lot of blending, but I shouldn't have to. I was not particularly impressed with the formula either. It just kind of sat on top of my skin and did not want to blend in. It also made me very greasy (I have combo skin). Perhaps it would work better for someone with a darker complexion and very dry skin? Idk?? I'm trying to give them something here lol.
Gorgeous mini palette! Maybelline has really stepped up their eyeshadow game recently. Both the mattes and shimmers are silky smooth, pigmented, and apply beautifully. I will definitely be picking up more of these little palettes!
