Really good for dinner! Always craving this so I am glad I’m able to pick it up locally and enjoy it. Great to pair with meats and seafood dishes! Rich in flavor and I am so pleased with the butter garlic sauce!
I've used bunches of setting powders but being more on the tan side, most end up being too white on me, especially with flash photography. Ben Nye Luxury Powder in Banana ended up being a god-send. It matches my yellow undertone so well that it even corrects foundations I've bought with wrong undertones. And it bakes so well into my skin for special occasions. Additionally, the value of the product is unbelievable. One 3 oz shaker lasted me more than 2 years, and I use it as setting powder EVERY day. The only downside is that it will need to be decanted into a small loose powder jar for use but I'd do that anyway as I don't plan to keep a 3 oz container in my makeup bag. Additionally, this powder also presses really well!
I've been using this product almost since UD first released it years ago. It's truly a keeper. I've bought it so many times even my dad noticed... lol. I use two different shades, NSA for blemishes/imperfections on my olive skin and FBI for my undereye circles. The best part of this product is that it blends beautifully. It truly blends into the skin to give you full, but seamless coverage. I use my fingers to just blend and work the product over my blemishes, and then a concealer brush to "tap" over my undereye circles and highlight. The product is thick and DEFINITELY needs to be set with a powder, or you'll end up smeering it or risk it running off your face in the middle of the day. However, I even have oily skin and this stays put with my make up routine. The only cons about it are that it is a little tricky to sharpen, I lose product to my sharpener every time I sharpen it, but whatever. I can deal with it. I recommend using a Q-tip to scoop out any product leftover when you really get to the bottom of your pencil and putting it in a jar. Lastly, if you're using this for under eye circles, make sure you apply it in a triangle formation and really tap it out with a concealer brush and set it ASAP to avoid creasing or losing coverage. But trust me, I have the worst undereye circles for being in my 20s (completely purple, highly visible veins) and as long as I apply this and then set it (I use Cover FX illuminating setting powder) you'll be good to go. And if I add on the additional step of baking this with a banana powder.
I've been using MAC blush for some time now, and my granddaughters have noticed its fantastic staying power. I was not happy, however, with the color I was using; it was pink which goes with my complexion, but too pink, and anything "less" pink that was in another store was too neutral. Then I tuned into Bloomies, and suddenly there were more shades than the other store carried! I found a lighter pink for my extremely light skin that is perfect, and I love how it looks - not too much color, and not too neutral PLUS I get the great benefits of it being MAC. BTW, my skin is extremely dry, and this is the only powder blush that I've been able to use without it caking or drying my skin. M*A*C is great! Try it, and you'll love it too!
Overall, caused creasing after 7 hours and dullness of color around 4-5 hours. Also, really hard to blend products in crease. I have oily eyelids. Ask for a sample at Sephora to try out. I have oily eyelids and hooded eyes, which causes more oils, so very oily eyelids. This is my second day with this product and I tried doing it with two different techniques. Day one with my daily lotion all over face with an eyeshadow liner and day two avoiding any moisture on my lids with a liquid waterproof liner. Day one definitely did not last for more than 4 hours for it to crease and lose color. Day two lasted about 7 hours for the crease, but my makeup lost color way before that. Will try different techniques, but primer works better with waterproof products or combo skin eyelids.
I love love love this product so much! The biggest reason I got this is because Jaclyn Hill recommended this product so strongly and I have thought that we have almost the same type skin. Fortunately, this works so good for me. This makes my skin looks even more healthier and glowy. Even I wear a full-coverage matte foundation on top of this, my skin still glows like it never did. This has saved my life and I just wanna buy 100 bottles of this to make sure I can use it forever. I really hope they don't stop making this because this thing is just so good! This is truly a holy grail and I definitely recommend this to everyone!
I have been wanting to try my hand at baking for the longest time but was worried I wouldn't be able to get it right or that it wouldn't look right on my skin, which is why I am so happy I ordered this product! This powder is so fine and velvety and blends into my skin so perfectly after baking! The hype is absolutely real concerning the Ben Nye brand. It really is like walking around with an IG filter on your face!
Beautiful item to have in your bathroom, it is really luxurious however doesn't foam as much as I'd expect it to do. Smells great and leaves a silky layer on the skin, the scent lingers for hours. This smells amazing, love the method of drizzling this under running water and it creates the most gorgeous smelling moisturizing bath ever
I got this spray as a sample and loved it so much I bought the full size. I love this spray a lot and I'm not even sure why. I really can't pinpoint anything it does for me except that I like the way it feels because its soothing and its fun and at my age, that is good enough for me. I have not seen my pores minimized, but I have not had any luck with products minimizing them. I actually think I had a serum I bought over the holidays make them bigger as they were small until then. Anyway, due to the steep price, I am taking a star off. I will continue to use twice a day, after cleansing and before putting on my serum and moisturizer and I will re purchase.
This cream blush is so creamy and easy to apply. I don't have to tug at my skin to get it dispersed. It lasts all day with a bit of setting powder. I have been using Stila Convertible Color as a blush for years and I think I have officially found my new replacement. LOVE!
