I completely binge read these booked. I waited until about two days before seeing the first movie to read the first book, but I finished in plenty of time. It's killing me how they are dragging the movies out!
Obviously, this doesn't do the work for you--nothing does. But, tracking my food has allowed me to lose 25 pounds in the last 150 days. I have another 25 to go, though even 10 would put me back at a very healthy weight. Even through migraines, a neck injury, and now having my appendix out, I've been able to lose weight.
