Kaja Crystal Moon Sparkling Eye Pigment comes in a semi-transparent plastic tube and has jelly-ish consistency. The Moon Crystal eye pigment is pigmented and sets quickly. The formula is a mixture of crystal powder (topaz, diamond, and sapphire) and metallic-coated glitter.
The application is different from using powder eyeshadow. Just like metallic eyeshadows, its preferred to be used with fingers. The liquid eyeshadow dried down quickly, the best way to use the product was to apply it all over the center of the lid with a fingertip and blending the edges quickly for more subtle and mess free look. It has no fragrance and stays for good 8-10 hours.
Packaging : Just like most of Tarte's Products, it has great, sturdy packaging. It’s a usual plastic tube with black screw off cap with a doe foot applicator. The brand name is written in Golden. The wand is neither too long nor too short. Overall, the applicator is apt for precise application.
Texture : The texture of the lipstick is soft and smooth. The consistency is so neither too thin or thick. It goes on so smoothly and glides easily on the lips and lipstick dries really quick.
Application : The lipstick dries out super quickly in a few seconds. It feels so feathery light and comfortable on the lips. It does not feel dry at all. It does not smudge or flake as such. You can do multiple layers without it creasing or flaking.
Pigmentation : This lipstick is insanely pigmented and gives complete opaque coverage in a single swipe. A little amount is good enough to give an intense color.
Smell : It has no scent at all. I would have loved it more if it had a slightest of the smell though.
Lasting : It lasted for 4-5 hours on my lips without any meals. It fades away evenly with a full meal. The lipstick is somewhat transfer proof so its an additional plus.
This product is Literally gold! I can not do without the use of this product anymore.it makes my lips extremely soft and kept them moist for so long.
Texture: The texture of the lipstick is quite thick so it thoroughly nourishes and protects the lips. Application: It applies easily despite its consistency and slightly plumps while providing your lips with a subtle pink hue. Pigmentation: It applies as a transparent lip balm and then it activates on your lips.I find the finished look is a very natural but rosy lips kind like there is nothing on your lips and your lips are just naturally pink. Smell: The smell is amazing and it does last for a while. Use it every time my lips dry out and I don't want to look like a zombie. My go-to lip balm. Lasting: It is Reasonably long lasting for a lip balm and surprising doesn't transfer with drinks. this product has literally changed my lip game. I always cried for chapped lips but no more. it's worth every penny and It's my second purchase.
I have a dry skin on upper lips and chin. I do not shave other body parts I am totally a waxing person. But I am getting my Laser treatment done and am advised to shave upper lips and chin. NO more Waxing !!I just loved EOS shaving cream though i do not like the manogish smell of it. It’s much thicker yet not very foaming. the foam works as a lather and give smooth shaving experience.
TEXTURE : It's very lightweight and absorbed so quickly into my skin. I have a combination skin, with two toned skin around my lip and chin area. but this did a great job in prepping my face well for foundation.
The product can be wear in 3 ways. (1) alone (2) under foundation, (3) mixed in with foundation.
ALONE : When I used it alone, It worked as tinted moisturizer and gave me a smooth skin.
UBDER FOUNDATION : I did not find any difference while wearing it under foundation.
WITH FOUNDATION : I just loved the result. it made the application of foundation super buttery both with liquid and stick foundation. I was looking for an alternative of my Kryloan HD primer and I think it can be a replacmenet.
LONGEVITY : In terms of product wear longevity, It last pretty 8-9 hours with extreme rough routine the coverage faded for me by the end of the day.
SCENT : It has got citrusy scent more like you are eating an orange and no smell at all of bananan as the name suggest but it does not linger!
CONCLUSION : Overall, I really recommend this product and think it’s worth the splurge!
I got this moisturizer with another order in Travel Friendly size. It comes in 10 different shades and mine is in shade “Sand”. Most of the time. I have a normal skin though But I do get some dry patches from time to time. May be because of my very less water Intake :/ And it does needs a good moisturizer. I do not wear foundation at work except for sunscreen. It works really well as 2 in 1 moisturizer + SPF. As all tinted moisturisers are meant for sheer coverage this one too does the same but with a dewy finish. It works well as moisturizer BUT of you want to use it as a primer , you will require touch ups a couple of times throughout the day. It has a very chemically scent to it that lingers and forms an almost tacky film on the skin rather than drying down. Initially I loved this product but I realised that during the day my pores look enlarged then they actually are. I find the smell of this product to be terrible. It is like a chemical Play-Doh.
The product comes in a transparent wide-mouthed recyclable tub With a screw on cap. You can see the actual product inside.
As it's Infused with triple citrus scents, the jelly smells refreshing and citrusy. It has a strong smell that is more of a summer use jelly as the smell reminds me of lemonades. But by all means, you can use this one all year round.
It is a blue slightly teal jelly. You can scoop just a little amount out or just use it as it is. The jelly has the perfect jiggle and wobble. It retains its shape and is flexible. You can tilt the tub over and the jelly will slip out in perfect shape.
The jelly lathers up just fine. Of course, if you are used to of using shower gels/ butter you will find the lather way too less. But it instantly starts lathering as you work it against your skin.
This is a Head to toe wash product. I would never recommend using this on hairs, it makes your hairs way too dry. It just works fine and leaves skin super soft BUT I do need to use any lotion/yougurt/ moisturizer afterward.
Overall Verdict : I had a lot of fun with the jelly while in the bath. There are a lot of ways to use this jelly.
Chill it in the fridge or chuck it in the freezer. You can also chop this jelly and use a bit every time you shower. Or you can crumble the jelly and put it in your loofah and lather it up. Or you can just use the whole as you would with a soap and rub over your body.
The jelly is too pretty for me to crumble it on purpose, I will use it multiple times and if it crumbles on its own then that’s that. LUSH Whoosh Shower Jelly
The shampoo bar comes without any plastic containers (Lush has a policy of using as less plastic as possible, they call it naked packaging).
Since it's my first shampoo bar from any brand, One of the first concerns I had was how long will the shampoo bar last. I didn’t want something that gets used up in 4-5 washes. Lush claims it lasts 80 washes though.
I have used it twice only and I am happy to say that I have found the shampoo quite pleasing. I barely rub in on the scalp once or twice on my short hairs and it lathers quite well.
It has this amazing smell of jasmine which lingers on hairs quite a few hours. It's not overwhelming for me at least as I am a sucker for fragrance.
I used it both with a conditioner and without a conditioner. Lush claims it’s a 2-in-1 bar but I would recommend using a conditioner. It does not dry your hair but It does add any shine/gloss either. My hair is squeaky clean and feels soft Though. It doesn’t feel harsh and still cleans hair nicely. I used it both with conditioner and without a conditioner.WITHOUT CONDITIONER ITS A FAIL.
I have not used it with oiled hair yet So, I am not sure if it will work well or not.
Overall, It just makes my hair soft, clean and my hair smells incredibly amazing. BUT I STILL NEED TO USE THE CONDITIONER !!! LUSH Shampoo Bar
I can't believe how well this product covered my roots. I was skeptical because I pull brassy tones. I am a blonde and need color every 6-8 weeks. I have dark roots that come in quick. I thought I'd give this a try as my coworker uses it. I can't believe what I've been missing be all these years. It'll save me time, money and hair damage.
