Review for: o.5 oz more...
I love this eye cream! It has a nice, light consistency that doesn’t cause any milia for me, and it absorbs well and leaves the under eye area really smooth and bright. I felt like this diminished fine lines for me and helped with puffiness/bags. I love the good ingredients and non-irritating formulation. I have to be picky about my eye creams bc the skin around my eyes is really sensitive for some reason and I never experienced any irritation with this one! Highly recommended!

Review for Hair Food Apricot Conditioner - 1 month ago
Beauty Junkie Expert Level 1
Just like I stated in my review for the shampoo, I wasn’t expecting much from this conditioner but I tried to go in with as much of an open mind as possible. Not to be a snob, but I’m a hairdresser and I use higher-end products in my dry, curly, color/highlighted hair. I was curious to see if it could hold up in any way to my Kerastase, Bumble and Bumble and Wella Conditioners that I have in rotation in my shower. But typically I need a lot from my conditioner bc my hair is so dry and prone to snapping. I only got one small sample packet of this in my VoxBox so it’s kind of hard to note any real results over time, but even if I got larger bottles, one use was enough for me. This conditioner had a thicker feel which I like initially, but it didn’t seem to really deliver anything by way of actual moisture. I had to use the whole thing in one try and it didn’t really seem to be softening or smoothing it at all. It just felt like rough hair with a coating of cream on top, of that makes sense. The shampoo made my hair feel so dry and this didn’t do anything to turn that around. My hair usually feels silky after a cleanse and condition and I just felt like it didn’t do much to make it feel soft and hydrated. I honestly didn’t feel any benefit from this what so ever... maybe this could be passable for someone with oily, non-colortreated hair or something, but for me it was a no-go bc my hair simply requires more out of its shampoo and conditioner. I actually had to go back and rewash and do a conditioning treatment bc I was just not happy with the way my hair felt and it was hard to put my products in and style. I gave it 3 stars for the nice, light smell and the more natural ingredients, and the light hydrating capabilities for someone with more normal hair but other than that, it just didn’t work for my hair type and the shampoo left it in such a bad state and this just wasn’t enough to save it! I was curious to try it with one of my good shampoos to see if the drying shampoo was what made everything so bad, but I used all of the packet in the first try so I didn’t get a chance to try it any other way! Just not my favorite or something I would recommend for such a basic, underwhelming product.

Ehhh... I kinda knew from the jump that this product wasn’t going to “wow” me. Not to be a snob, but I’m a hairdresser and I use higher-end products in my dry, curly, colored, and highlighted hair. Of course I tried this bc I was curious to see if it could hold up in any way to my Kerastase, Bumble and Bumble and Wella Shampoos/Conditioners that I have in rotation in my shower. I only got one small sample packet of each in my VoxBox so it would have been hard to see any real results over time, but even if I got larger bottles, one use was enough for me! It felt like dish soap in my hair... just stripped out any and all moisture that my hair had and made it feel tangly and rough, when it usually feels silky after a cleanse and condition. I honestly didn’t feel any benefit from this what so ever... maybe this could be passable for someone with oily, non-colortreated hair or something, but for me it was a no-go bc my hair simply requires more out of its shampoo and conditioner. I actually had to go back and rewash it and do a conditioning treatment bc it was making it hard to put my products in it and style it bc it felt so rough and snarly and I was freaked out a bit! It gave it 2 stars for the nice, light smell and the more natural ingredients, but other than that, I wasn’t really impressed and it definitely didn’t work for my hair type! Sorry! 😬

Review for eos™ Shave Cream Sensitive - 1 month, 2 weeks ago
I absolutely love this stuff! I have SUPER sensitive skin and for some reason, when I shave, if I’m not using a product with enough moisture, my skin on my legs will get reallyyyyy itchy afterwards and it’s so uncomfortable and drives me nuts! It so weird too bc I don’t even have much leg hair (it’s blonde and fine textured), but for some reason my skin gets so irritated and I’ve never found a product that completely eradicates that issue for me... until now! I love the consistency of this stuff and how it just feels like a rich cream going on, and also that it has no added fragrance bc those can be irritating as well. Since I got this product, I’ve been shaving more than I ever have before bc it doesn’t make me itchy at all! I haven’t experienced any of those annoying side effects that I usually get from shaving and I could not be more thrilled. This product is a game changer for me! Thank you Influenster for sending this stuff my way! Totally changed my shaving game for the better.

Review for Real Techniques Your Finish/Perfected Blush Brush - 3 months, 3 weeks ago
Beauty Junkie Expert Level 1
This is a really great brush, especially for the price point. It’s soft, sturdy, and nicely shaped. It’s made with synthetic bristles so it’s cruelty free, which is awesome. Its marketed for blush application, but it’s one of those good rounded shapes and is pretty large in size so you can use it for practically anything which makes it a really good multitasker. I can use it for blush, bronzer, setting the face... anything really! I’ve had mine for a couple years and it’s been through numerous washings and it hasn’t shown any signs of falling apart or anything! Really nice brush that I would definitely recommend!

Review for tarte picture perfect™ eyelash curler - 3 months, 3 weeks ago
Beauty Junkie Expert Level 1
I love this eyelash curler. I have one of the Holiday editions that has black and gold stones and diamonds on it. It’s really really pretty! This eyelash curler also fits my eyes really well (I have hooded eyes) and doesn’t pinch or feel uncomfortable. I also like the handle... not only is it pretty, but it’s easy to hold and use. The overall quality of this curler is really nice... like I said, I got it a few Christmases ago and none of the stones have fallen out or anything and it still works like brand new. I haven’t experienced any damage to my lashes using it either. Definitely one of my favorite curlers and looks really nice on my vanity! They come out with different handle designs every year, so if you see one you like, snag it up! I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This is such a good eyelash curler. It fits my eye shape really well (I have hooded eyes), doesn’t pinch, and doesn’t rip out my lashes! And I love the Rose Gold color! It’s really pretty and well made. I’ve had it for a couple years I think and it still functions and looks brand new. Definitely would recommend this!

Review for Bite Beauty Opal Lip Gloss - 4 months, 3 weeks ago
Beauty Junkie Expert Level 1
I love Bite Beauty. This lipgloss/topper is no exception. It’s smooth, lightweight and has a beautiful, shiny, opalescent shimmery finish that gives lots of shine and juiciness to the lips! What I love most about it is that the shimmer/glitter particles are so refined that there is no grittiness or anything to the texture. Just smooth and lovely to apply. And the translucent color really compliments a lot of different lipsticks and it also looks great by itself as a shimmery iridescent gloss. Bite is one of my favorite brands because I know I’m always using the highest quality/healthy ingredients in the formulas because everything is made of food grade materials. And that’s important with any products that are going around your mouth! :)

Review for tarte Double Duty Beauty The Lip Sculptor Lipstick and Lipgloss - 5 months, 1 week ago

Review for: Life (peachy nude), Candid (apricot nude), Adore (dusty mauve), Jam (beige rose), Sass (mauve), VIP (cool nude), Renegade (berry rose), Harlequin (red), Basic (white nude), Treat (dusty rose), Kind (mauve) more...
As you can see, I have quite a collection of these... about 12 I think, plus some smaller limited edition ones that came in a set. I love these... the best, easy type of lip product to throw in your purse and why I prefer them in nude/rose/mauve shades is because they are easier to just swipe on and the creamy consistency yields better to softer shades in my opinion bc you don’t have to worry about them moving around everywhere or being too overly precise with my application. I do have one red shade and a deep berry shade that I love (tones are beautifully spot on and so is the consistency and pigmentation) but I typically prefer darker colors in matte formulas because I don’t have to worry about migration, smearing or them fading as quickly. This is just personal preference of course bc no matter what the color, the formula is divine. Opaque in one swipe, smooth and easy to apply, comfortable to wear, and pretty long lasting for a cream lipstick. I also love the 2 in 1 thing with the lipstick on one end and a gloss on the other. You can layer them or wear them separately and for the price, it’s quite a steal bc you basically get 2 lippies in one of these. I also enjoy the light vanilla scent. Definitely something I always have on me and I hope they continue to come out with more colors. Totally recommend!
