I’ve been on my healthy kick lately! I’ve cut out rice,pasta,bread,and pork so this ground chicken was a win win! I’ve made chicken meatballs,grilled chicken burger using lettuce instead of bread and I’ve even used it for my egg white bites
I use only for my green tea and oatmeal instead of using sugar! I take a 1cup of cut oats add it to 1 and 1/2 cup of boiling almond or cashew milk!adding a pinch of salt,tablespoon of chia seeds and table spoon of honey with half of a banana and it’s delicious!
I could bake basically anything in this pan without it burning or sticking! Sometimes I forget to spray the pan and you guys know how the ending result will come out but not with this bakeware! I love it,I received it as a Christmas gift because I love to bake
Fresh red onions are great to cook with or freshly chopped in a strawberry filled salad with chicken feta cheese and avocado! I’ve even seen a strawberry salsa with red onion I’m also going to try that !
Getting up early mornings are very hard for me so sometimes I miss breakfast! I know “breakfast is the most important meal of the day “ lol but I’m a bit lazy! Lol so I’ve decided to do this simple recipe! Egg white bites #healthyeats all you’ll need is Crystal Farms All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites,your favorite non stick spray I used Pam No-Stick Cooking Spray Purely Olive Oil, you’ll need toppings ! I used tomatoes,red onions,kale,ground chicken,and green onions.i used a little cheese to sprinkle on top not a lot! You can always opt out!. I used a Wilton cake pop pan because I couldn’t find my muffin pan🤦🏾♀️ place all ingredients before egg whites but put the cheese last place it in the oven on 350 and boom you’ll have egg white bites! It doesn’t take long at all! Easiest meal prep ever!oooh! One more thing only pour 2 tablespoons of egg whites each one equals one large egg!
