I just want to let everyone know that at some TJMaxx they are selling this palette for 50% or more off. I got mine for $20. So check out your local TJMaxx to see if they have this palette. Kat Von D Shade + Light Eye Contour Palette
I got the mini version of this from Sephora about two months ago and I really like the consistency. I like that it smooths out my skin and makes my makeup application easier. I also like that it creates a barrier between my skin and foundation. I definitely will repurchase this product but probably not a full-size version as I don't wear makeup that often. I bought this red carpet red before Sephora had Charlotte Tilbury in their stores. This lipstick is pretty much a universal red and will look great on everyone. I definitely recommend getting this lipstick if you’re into red lipsticks.
I originally got the high performance spray for an effect that I was going to and I can tell you that did an amazing job setting my make up. It literally DID NOT move at all the entire night but I noticed that my makeup was extremely dry looking and was cracking by the end of the night which was not a cute look. So I realized I needed something that had a long lasting power but wasn’t so strong so I traded the high performance spray for this. OMG I’m so glad I swapped sprays because this makes me look so natural and dewy. I personally like the glowy dewy long. I know it’s not for everyone but for someone who has extremely dry skin it’s a very refreshing long on me. I highly recommend this spray for anyone who wants that glowy look but not grease and this is coming from someone who pretty much wears this daily.
This is my second time wearing this so far I like it. I really like the pen but I agree with others this needs to be darker. The pen should be as dark as the pencil which it isn’t. Also I wish this was sold in a kit because a brow brush would have been nice. Now I have to save my empty Charlotte Tilbury brow pencil for the brush. Overall I definitely believe there is a lot of potential for this product just come out with more shades and a brow brush.
I love red lipsticks so I obviously had to get this one to add to my collection. By far this is my favorite red lipstick and beat my Charlotte Tilbury red carpet red lipstick. Something about the formula makes it so nice even though red carpet red and Elson are very similar in color.
UPDATE/MUST READ!: This product contains cetearyl alcohol which is a fatty acid naturally found in coconuts and is an emollient used to in the hair mask to give it that nice thick consistency. Considering this is a vegan product it is highly likely they used the natural method instead of the synthetic cetearyl alcohol. Cetearyl alcohol is the third ingredient in this hair mask so if you are allergic to coconuts (like I am) STAY AWAY from this hair mask. I woke up this morning with red, burning, and itchy eyes as well as an itchy and burning scalp. Final verdict 1 star since I had an allergic reaction.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was very skeptical about this product but I was quite honest surprised of how well this worked in my hair. I have relaxed hair so I’m constantly trying different products to maintain strong hydrated hair. This hair mask is extremely thick so a little goes a long way. It has the same scent as the glitter spray that I recently reviewed and did not like but I did not mind the scent in the hair mask because it’s similar to other hair products I’ve used. Because the hair mask is so thick it takes a little extra time to throughly rinse the product out of my hair but after it was all washed out my hair was extremely manageable and was ready for my leave in treatments. I did not struggle with detangling my hair which occurs when I use products that are not compatible with my hair. I probably will not be repurchasing this product simply because I’m used to using my Rene Furterer and Oribe products and I hate switching things up when I know those are my holy grails but I will definitely be recommending this product and rest of the haircare line to my friends (5 stars)
I really like this stuff it’s gently and smells nice. It’s get you clean. My only issue is the packaging. I don’t like how the bottle is orange because I thought the soap was going to be orange but it’s clear. It was a little confusing when I poured it out. I wouldn’t have mind a clear bottle. But that’s just my opinion. Overall it’s a very nice soap and I probably will repurchase in the future.
I got this for free through influenster in exchange for my honest review. I absolutely did not like this product. First, it’s absolutely messy when you spray it. Glitter gets everywhere and I mean EVERYWHERE. There was glitter all over my roommate’s coat and desk. This product is advertised to be sprayed in the hair. I did not try that after I sprayed it on my arm because I could only imagine how awful it would have looked. Not to mention a pain to get the glitter out of my hair. I was not a fan of the smell either and the texture of the spray. It felt heavy and kind of tight on the skin. Lastly this product was advertised as small glitter particles however I beg to differ. The particle size to me as standard cosmetic glitter size. If I want a glitter/shimmer body look I would go for the Tom Ford Simmering Body Oil or The Body Shop Honey Bronze Body Oil. For a more cheaper option I would go for any glitter/shimmer spray from Victoria Secret. In the end, I think I was just not the clientele for this product as I don’t like looking like a disco ball.
