Every time I try an Olay product, I think it's my favorite. Then I try another and THAT'S my favorite. This product was no different. The best part about it is no doubt the scent. It's really citrus-y and 'fresh'. The product is basically the consistency of water so it's very light and refreshing on your skin. I didn't notice much of a brightening effect after using for about a week, but it does have Vitamin C so I'm sure it would brighten. My only reason for giving the product 4 stars instead of 5 is because I would love for it to have more of a lingering scent. It literally smells so good that it's tempting to taste (no, don't actually) but the scent disappears prematurely!! Once again, kudos to you Olay, for creating another amazing product!
First, I just feel the need to point out that whoever's idea it was to put a face mask in stick form...is BRILLIANT. I've used a crazy number of different face masks, but always the kind that you apply with your fingers. They are so messy and honestly....a lot of product goes to waste because you can't get it all out of the packet/bottle.
It would seem as though 1 stick wouldn't last long, but it goes on in a thin, even layer. No gobs like you sometimes get with other face masks. I'm pretty sure 1 stick will last for many applications.
If you're one of those people that like highly fragranced cosmetics, this probably isn't for you. It has a mild almost minty scent to it....or maybe I'm just crazy. It reminds me a bit of a mint flavored gum though.
The product comes off really easy with a wet towel which is nice. Product states that it gives your skin a glow, which it definitely does. However, the best part in my opinion is how soft and fresh it makes your skin feel....like a babies butt! xD
The worst thing about this product was literally opening the dang thing. The plastic on the outside of the tube was hard to even see. Then, I got that off and there was a cap on top of the actual clay stick. It took me a while to realize that you have to roll the clay stick up at the bottom to get the darn cap off. I do appreciate that it was well packaged to stay fresh though!
Ever bought a lime juice to use in recipes and when the recipe is done...it doesn't taste like lime? Yeah, me too! I used to buy some off brand lime juices and they just didn't cut it. They tasted really watered out and the line that you did taste was very artificial. I decided to spend a little more last time and purchased this!! What a difference!! I love making chili lime Salmon and what a dif. The brand of lime juice makes. Is it the same as fresh limes...absolutely not. For those like me that don't keep limes around, this is the absolute best alternative! This also makes some pretty stellar limeade! It also keeps for a really long time which is another huge plus!!
Okay....I never was willing to try this for the longest time because something called 'Vitamin Water' just isn't appetizong. I thought for sure it would leave that nasty vitamin aftertaste in your mouth that we all hate. However, it's delicious! Not overly sweet or tangy, just mild. How can you not like a water that not only tastes good but has added health benefits too. Plus, I love how they name their water! Lol!
Okay so this is crazy! I've always really preferred loose leaf over that 'eh' stuff that you buy in the tea bags that is all ground up. However, I avoided loose leaf because I always hated those tea infusers! I always ended up with more leaf in my cup than what stayed in the infuser. These have disposable infusers which is awesome. I had a few little tiny specks floating in my team, but not much! As far as the taste goes....I'm more of a lightly sweetened tea sort of person so I added a bit of lemon and honey! Absolutely delicious! This being loose leaf tastes so much more fresh than the other option. I would def. recommend this to anyone looking for a pretty great cold brew green tea!
I recently got a couple ferrets. Where I'm from, there isn't much in stores specifically geared towards ferrets. As far as food goes, having ferret food shipped to my house can be really expensive. I searched up and down online for an alternative because I figured that cats and ferrets are both carnivores so they may be able to share foods. I found a chart for ferrets where this food was near the top. I switched from an actual ferret food to this because I can buy it at my local Menards store. The ferrets love it and they seem to be doing really well on it! A bit spendy, but still cheaper than shipping ferret food to my house.
So lately, I've been using sulfate-free shampoos because in general I just think they're better for your hair. But....I'm quite picky about the ones I use....so I order them online. Sometimes it's a pain, so I always have this on hand. Out of all the big box brands, Tresemme is def. one of the best you can get for the price. I absolutely love how it works. Super smooth, shiny hair. Plus, it also smells great!
This is by far my favorite bottled water out on the market today! Not only is it affordable, but it tastes great! I've always been a fan of spring water because it has a really clean, natural taste to it! This is not different. Comes in such a pretty and unique bottle too! :)
I absolutely love this product! Not only does it work incredibly well, but it smells great and has an awesome consistency too! I've always heard a lot of good about Nivea products, but never really gave them a second thought until I tried this! I'll definitely recommend to friends/family as well as purchase again! :)
