Review for Apple Watch Series 3 - 1 year, 7 months ago
So it's been a little over a week with my Apple Watch, and I know a lot of people are curious about them and have questions. So I figured I would share what I have learned!

The 38mm is perfect for my wrist, I have an average woman's wrist I'd say. The 42mm would have been much to big. The screen is very clear and I have no problems seeing my apps, replying to messages, and anything else I want to do!

My big question was, "what would I use it for?" I have gotten SO much use out of it. I haven't missed a single phone call since I've gotten it, which my husband appreciates. I'll admit that I'm a FB and social media addict. Having the Apple watch allows me to put my phone down while not missing important updates and text message. Another surprising use I have found is the News app. With the tiny updates from my news app that I occasionally receive, I feel like I am constantly "in the know." Which is great until you receive a notification such as "Six month old baby mauled by pit bull," unfortunately you can't control that.

I love that I have Siri on my wrist. When I'm in the middle of something I simply lift my wrist and ask Siri to do what I need such as set reminders, text so and so, call my husband, set a timer or alarm. It's nice when I'm in the car. I can ask Siri to call my husband and the Bluetooth in my car will automatically connect so I don't have to dig through my purse first or mess with any controls. Or when I'm grocery shopping and someone calls or texts!

Another feature I am super in love with is the phone ping! I lose my phone constantly. The baby hides it or I just misplace it. With the ping option it takes literally seconds to find.

So for the messaging, because I was curious, there is no tiny keyboard. It is completely speak to text. It does have tiny built in messages for quick reply such as, "yeah" or "okay." However the speak to text is incredibly accurate. I haven't had a problem yet.

Some of the apps are pointless, such as the camera app. When you turn it on it activates the camera on your phone so unless you're trying to secretly record a conversation from your back pocket there isn't a point.

I love the music app. If you have blue tooth speakers that automatically connect to your phone it's awesome. I can leave my phone near the speakers and wander around while still being able to change the song. Cara and I went outside to play and I didn't want to bring my phone out, and l I was still able to choose the music! I find that cool.

The activity app is pretty neat. It's constantly monitoring your calories, exercise, and how long you've been standing. I do find it to be slightly inaccurate at times. However, just the fact that I have something on my wrist telling me I'm "being lazy" it does tend to make me more productive to complete my rings! It's also nice because if you've been sitting for the first 50 minutes of an hour it tells you to stand up and move!

The weather app is super useful. As you can see below I have it set to my watch face (which is customizable to include anything you want.) One of the worst things about me is I tend to miss judge the weather, and dress way to cold or way to hot. Having the temp. Right on my wrist has completely changed that. It also has an hourly forecast as well as the 7 day. Which is super convenient to have right on your wrist.

So that's that. Now I'll discuss the difference between the series 1 and series 2.

I have the series one. There are two big differences between the 1 and 2 are waterproofing and GPS. The series 1 is not waterproof, it is however water resistant. Meaning it can get drops of water and be fine but you can't shower with it. The series 1 also doesn't have a built in GPS and the series 2 does. The series 1 works directly with the GPS on your phone. Meaning you can use it for GPS but not independently, your phone must be with you. I feel the only time a series 2 would come in handy is if you're a long distance runner or swimmer. With that being said, if you're like me and listen to
music while you run, you'd need your phone anyways. However, you do have the option of buying and pairing wireless headphones to your watch so you can listen to music.

I think that's everything! All in all, I LOVE my watch!
Review for Live Clean® Coconut Milk Moisturizing Conditioner - 1 year, 7 months ago
I am so beyond thrilled with this product. I of course used this product following the live clean coconut milk shampoo. I received both products for free in my daisy voxbox. I have never been more impressed with a shampoo and conditioner duo. The conditioner truly made my hair so soft and bouncy. Yet it did not frizz it out or make it become staticky. After blow drying I am so impressed. My hair feels so fresh and clean without being weighed down. I will definitely be buying again.

Review for Live Clean® Coconut Milk Moisturizing Shampoo - 1 year, 7 months ago
I received this product for free in my daisy voxbox. I was honestly super hesitant to try. I was so worried it would dry my hair or frizz it out. To be completely honest I expected the absolute worst. The bottle was simple and clean and really speaks to the quality of the product itself as it is all natural and 98% plant derived and lacks many of the common chemicals in most shampoos! When I first squeezed the shampoo into my hand I was surprised by the thick consistency. It did however spread well and lather up nice. A little seemed to go a long way, always a positive! I loved the light scent of coconut. It was too over powering but tastefully noticeable. When I rinsed my hair I was impressed to find it felt clean but not dry. It pairs amazingly with the live clean coconut milk conditioner. I was pleased that they do not test on animals. This product truly compares to expensive high end brands, which I usually buy. I will be buying this again.

Review for SkinnyPop® Sea Salt Microwave Popcorn - 1 year, 7 months ago
To start off I'm not a huge popcorn eater other than the occasional binge... but this is delicious. Definitely gets my thumbs up for taste.
It's flavored with sea salt and only 27 calories per cup which I found cool. It comes in this neat little pop up box. I wasn't really fond of the packaging at first. It seemed flimsy and I didn't think it would hold up in the microwave. However, to my surprise it did! Filled right up with popcorn! It's nice because unlike bagged popcorn I am not getting grease, butter, or salt on my hand when I grab a handful. The sides of the box have little movie questions on them which I found to be a cute idea. For example, I received,
"Name this movie: Highschool + Plastics +Burn Book ="
Obviously this doesn't make or break the product but it's a cute touch. Overall, I do recommended this product!
Review for Matrix Total Results Conditioner - 33.8 oz. - 1 year, 7 months ago
I can't not give this product enough stars. I have very blonde hair with grey highlights. My family moved to the country and we ended up renting a house with well water. Well, my hair turned GOLDEN ORANGE. I tried everything. Everything. To get it out. It was terrible. Nothing even budged it. I tried other purple shampoos, clarifying shampoo... everything. A hairstylist friend suggested this product to me and within one wash it was almost completely blonde again. Please give this a try if you're having similar issues. It works wonders.

Review for Clorox Fresh Wipes - 1 year, 7 months ago
I love these wipes. They are my go to for everything. They keep germs away and keep the house clean. When paired with a Clorox spray or other cleaning products they will do well to clean your whole house. I do think however, there are comparable alternatives that come cheaper in larger quantities, so that is my reasoning for only 4 stars.
Review for Givenchy Very Irrésistible Eau De Toilette - 1 year, 7 months ago
This perfume is amazing! I had smelled after sample in a magazine years ago and the want for it never left me! For the amount of perfume the price is awesome, especially compared to other name brand perfumes. The bottle is too cute, also! I love this perfume.
Review for Palmer's Cocoa Butter Stick Carded .5 oz. (Pack of 6) - 1 year, 7 months ago
I LOVE this stuff. I will buy to use as chapstick. It always lasts forever. I love the size because it sticks out to me in my cluttered purse. It is a bit more pricey than normal chapstick a but it last 3x as long so I find it to be worth it. Best. Chapstick. Ever. Plus, it can be used for other things!

Review for: Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Massage Cream for Stretch Marks, 4.4 Ounce more...
Love this stuff! I have used it during two pregnancies and have zero visible stretchmarks. It is quite thick when it is pumped out but absorbs very quickly. I love the scent. I appreciate that the company doesn't spend tons on their label, they keep it simple. To me, the product definitely speaks for itself! I do recommended and will continue to buy and use!
