This lipstick is lovely! I'm a lip junkie and of all the lipsticks I've got, this is by far the most moisturizing. It goes on like lip balm and your lips feel silky smooth forever after. I don't find the color is very strong, so if you're looking for high drama or super pigment this might not be for you. But if you're looking for something to wear to your office this is perfect!
I'm totally on the K-Beauty train! I ordered this from Amazon since I heard so much about it. At this point, I have already tried quite a few Korean Beauty products and have been very impressed. Generally, I opt for more "moisturizing" and "age preventing" products, but this seems to be for a younger crowd with oil and pore concerns.
My skin is a bit more mature (I'm 30) than what this product is targeting. I think this would be great for younger skin where age prevention is not a goal. I found this to be quite drying, despite following up with several moisturizers. I now use this only at night so I can follow with night moisturizers. If I use it during the day the dryness triggers oily production and I am shiny within a few hours.
The smell is OK. I'm surprised at how strong this stuff is--I'm used to the gentler Korean toners and this is a bit more astringent than others, it leaves my skin feeling taut. I may save it in a spray bottle and mist it in the office for an afternoon pick-me-up.
Of all the exfoliators I've used, this one trumps them all.
It is incredibly effective and gentle. In fact, I don't understand how it can be so effective and gentle at the same time. My face doesn't feel scratched up like it does with other exfoliators. I've used clay, charcoal, microbeads, gritty seeds, almond paste, etc. but none were nearly as gentle as this. When you use it you might not even think it's working until you wash it off completely!
I used a Boscia version of this and that was a dud. Easily two or three times the price for half the results.
How to use: wash and dry your face as you normally would. Pat your skin with a dry towel to make sure there's no moisture on your skin. I use two pumps, but I'm sure you can get away with 1 pump. I like to spread it on my face and let it sit for a few seconds so it has a chance to "soak" in. Then rub gently with your fingers. It may take a minute or two, but the gel will start to become gritty and will start sticking together. Continue to rub until all the gel has become gritty. Rinse and dry, making sure to tone and moisturize. Adore your glowing face!
This is by far the single best body wash I have ever used in my entire life--and I've used a lot. This one actually, truly moisturizes your skin and actually, truly leaves you smelling heavenly. No need for additional lotion after using this. Even Dove doesn't compete with Olay Ribbons.
The lather is thick and everything you could want. It seems to come out of the bottle looking lumpy, but don't be fooled! Start fluffing it up in your shower pouf and be amazed. You'll want to wrap yourself in this as much as you can... You'll never go back to anything else.
This is part of my "holy grail" items. I have a condition which increases facial hair, so I'm constantly trying to groom my cheeks, chin, upper lip and neck so I don't have a beard. This little gizmo lets me self-groom without shelling a lot of money out for waxing/threading and without spending all my time in the bathroom staring at my face (honestly not staring at the mirror is a huge relief). It still hurts the same as waxing/threading, but at least you can do it while watching TV.
I tried a few different varieties of dry shampoo--some cheaper, some more expensive. I just can't justify spending $15+ on some powder to extend my hair wash. The cans don't last nearly long enough for that expense!
Of all the dry shampoos this is my favorite. Simple, wonderful scents & varieties, and gets the job done. They have all these scents so you don't get tired AND they have them for your haircolor. Does your $15+ dry shampoo offer that?
