Leaves a streaky grey color; not the best sunscreen and not as sheer as they said. You will need to shake it a little as it tends to separate and it will spit out just oil. I wouldn't buy this product again, but I wouldn't bash the brand as I'm sure they have some other great products..I've been using them since I was kid.
I have all high-end highlighters and a box of drugstore highlighters so just know I know what I'm talking about.
I collected all the fergie collection and just pretty much all the shimmer pallets they have released. I bought two of each and when I go to target, cvs,Walgreens, etc. I'll just pick one up if I see I don't have it.
Super super super affordable.
Anyways anybody saying it is not pigmented or that it doesn't show up.. Obviously don't know how to highlight, because I can promise you every color is very pigmented. Use MAC FIX+ or a setting spray before you highlight and I can promise you...that you will SLAY ALL DAY! POPPIN ALL NIGHT! ✨
IN THE PICTURE: "Hollywood BLVD" now called "BOOZY BRUNCH" on my posted pictures with " I'll HAVE A COSMO" for my nose highlight.
I used the cheap wet and wild setting spray before I applied my highlight.
Just picked this up at CVS because I've been looking for a physical or even a chemical exfoliant. I came across this by just googling drugstore exfoliants to help with clogged pores that cause me to have tiny bumps. Not quite acne, but they are so small and annoying that it makes my makeup real bumpy. So I gave this a try and so far I feel like it's been helping to minimizing the bumps. It isn't to abrasive and the smell is quite nice.
It wouldn't hurt to try and if it doesn't work out for you CVS has a great return policy.
I just picked up this product at my local CVS in LA. Let me tell you that this product is so amazing and I'd say it's like a filter in the bottle. Literally amazing! They only have three shades Transparent/Golden tan / dark tan.
I'm using the golden tan. I just picked up the transparen't to use with my foundations. I use the golden tan on its own and I'm so camera ready.
not full coverage , but you can mix with your favorite foundation.
It has no smell to it and is great for all skin types even acne prone as I'm sensitive skinned and acne prone on cheeks.
I would put this in my holy grail bin. I'm so happy to have discovered this product and company!
Not many youtube reviews on this product, but I'm sure to add in my 2 cents really soon!
I love Hylamide!
Picture I added I used a concealer to cover cheek blemish and then used the foundation with only 1 coat that cave me a nice flawless natural look that even a BB cream can't give me.
I think this product is amazing. I'm just discovering this product and I'm in love! Some say it will be patchy, but I'd advise not to put a thick layer of foundation over the areas with your bigger pores. You don't even need a lot and is best applied by fingers! It gives me a flawless look in my daily routine. (This is not meant to be a full face product, just in as needed areas)
I bought this in hopes it would really be an awesome holy grail. I was actually quite upset it was more drying than refreshing and it's not really acne fighting it's simply oat meal and honey. I used it as a mask once I'd give it a 2/5 the scrub seemed to make a little better difference. I'm Usually satisfied with st. Ives and since I didn't think this was much of a complicated formula so I had higher expectations.
I have so much mixed feelings about this foundation. It's good to start with if you never used a mac foundation before and you are not used to a HEAVY FULL COVERAGE foundation. You have better luck matching your shade on your own than a worker. It can be drying but if you mix it with a good illuminator it can really last a long time with a nice dewy finish. If you use something damp like a beauty blender or a damp stipple brush it will help give a nice dewy finish. I'm a nice tan shade so if it becomes too dark for you you could always dilute it with some moisturizer or a lighter foundation shade. It has an SPF 15 in it as well.
I would definitely give it a shot if you are considering a new full coverage foundation.
