This is one of the most effective and longest-lasting body sunscreens I've used (of course follow the re-application recommendations and as with all sunscreens, apply more than you think you need). It is conveniently unscented, so I don't have to worry about it competing with my perfume. It does have a white cast though, which never fades or absorbs completely. Because of that, I can't use it as a daily under-makeup sunscreen.
Review for: Armani Luminous Silk Foundation more...
I'll update my review more later, but for now I want to point out that with Armani, the numbering is NOT random. The number before the decimal refers to how pale/dark it is. Smaller numbers = paler, larger numbers = darker. The number after the decimal refers to the tone. Any shades that end in .75 are pink/cool. Shades that end in .0 are neutral, and shades that end in .5 are yellow/warm. So for example, 3.75 is a fair pink shade, and a 5.5 is a medium yellow shade, and 8.0 is a dark neutral shade.
A+ Love this so much! It's great for removing any product buildup, but doesn't leave my hair feeling stripped. It smells exactly like the Nourishing Mask - kind of a sweet, not-really-fruity sort-of floral, but not exactly. It's hard to explain, but easy to recognize. I honestly think Leanne's bottle must have gone rancid, because mine smell just like the popular Amika mask scent. I picked up two liters of it during a BeautyBrands Liter sale one summer, and am so glad I did! It's expensive otherwise, something like $50/liter.
Tbh I use this because it smells so wonderful. It's a decent-not-amazing hair mask (or a pretty good but expensive regular conditioner). But the scent! I don't even know how to describe it! It's sweet, but definitely not in a food/sweets way. It's not fruity. It's not even really floral. Kind of, but not really. Feminine, I guess. It's just GOOD!
Easy way to add a little volume and texture to my fine/thin hair, without making it crunchy or gross. It works well on damp or dry hair. Honestly I'm pretty lazy about my hair. This is one of those great products I can just spritz on and it takes my hair from "actually not done" to "that undone look" nahmean? The mild cupcake scent doesn't hurt (it also doesn't last, so it won't interfere with perfume).
