I don't know how I ever wore makeup before incorporating this product into my routine. I've actually thought to myself, Am I just drinking the UD Kool Aid? and stopped using it for a day here and there to make sure it's as good as I'd built it up to be. Well, those days I've returned home with an oil slick melting off my face. In contrast, when I spray this guy over my makeup in the morning, my face stays put through an eight-hour-plus-commute workday. It's essentially weightless, it's not sticky or tacky or in any way noticeable on the skin. If you keep it in the fridge, it's even refreshing. Seriously, this stuff is unreal. Can't recommend enough.
This is not my regular laundry detergent, but I bought it after experiencing some allergies, hoping it would be easier on my skin. And it is: this detergent is mild and easy on the skin, and leaves no appreciable residue on clothing. The lavender scent is pleasantly floral and not too strong, and barely noticeable on clean clothes. I did find that it doesn't get rid of tough stains and odors (ie, my boyfriend's gym clothes -- oy) quite as effectively as my usual, non-natural detergent, but for everyday purposes, and if you're looking for a detergent that's gentle on skin, this is an excellent buy. Another bonus: it's super-concentrated, so a little goes a long way.
Great product. Very resilient, extremely absorbent, with a neat cloth-like feel. Unfortunately, because they're so soft and cottony and clothlike, they also give off a sort of papery fluff -- so beware when cleaning glass or clear surfaces, because you'll get a linty film from use.
Not a fan of this product. I bought it thinking it was formulated similarly to my usual Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser, but it is not. Rather than a sudsy facial gel, this cleanser goes on the skin like a thick ointment (think petroleum jelly), doesn't suds up, and does not effectively remove dirt and makeup, even when used with a cleansing cloth. I felt like I was slathering an ointment on my face and then simply rinsing it off with water. I had to re-cleanse with soap after using, and even then found traces of makeup on a cotton round after applying toner. Would not recommend.
