I suffer from insomnia and there are plenty nights, when I don't get a decent night of sleep. I've tried taking magnesium and melatonin, but they haven't been that effective, for me. Therefore, I've been purchasing this zzzquil to get a full night's rest. It usually starts working within 30 minutes after I take the recommended dosage. I am able to get some sleep and I love that it doesn't make feel groggy the next morning. After using it for some time now, I've noticed that my body has become accustomed to it and it's not working as much as it used to. I'm not sure if others have a similar experience as I do. However, I would still recommend this sleep aid to others, because it does work.

this is a gentle product that really eases you into sleep. it won’t knock you out, but it helps with the relaxation side of things. it tastes slightly better than the medicated version, but not great. it’s a really helpful thing to have on hand when you feel wired before sleep.
