This helps me to sleep so much faster! I’m glad I don’t need to rely on sleep prescription medication. This doesn’t have many side effects. I know the brand I’m showing is Life but I have this in Vicks/ZzzQuil brand as well. Definitely recommend it.

I have times where I can’t sleep at night but this product knocks me out after 20 minutes, the only thing is that I wake up groggy in the morning and tired so I don’t drink it daily. It’s ok but not my favorite.

This works to help get me to sleep but I don’t think it’s healthy to use it nightly.
