Zip fizz has been legitimately a blessing for me. I have migraines and I’ve had them my entire life and they are very intense. Vitamin B12 and B6 are really good to take when you have a migraine. One of these little bad boys contain over 800% of your daily vitamin B 12 and just a little less of B6 It’s a natural form of caffeine, so it gives you a little energy boost, but not to where you would ever feel jittery. I don’t know how they fit it all in that little container, but it is also loaded with many other vitamins and nutrients that meet your daily needs. I first discovered these in Costco of course, and they work so well for my migraines that I ended up hunting down the company. It turns out they are a local company from where I currently live in Washington. You think that would make them more accessible to me, but it really didn’t. I love that they sell them online now. Even if they didn’t work for my migraines, I would still buy them because they are delicious. They come in so many flavors but my all-time favorite is orange. If you want to kick it up a notch, put a splash of cream or coffee creamer in there and you have an orange dream sickle. So. Freaking. Good.  I even use these to make Jell-O. Seriously they’re bomb.
