The tank itself has done well. I’ve had this tank for about 3 years now - I’ve had to replace the hood, the light, and the filter. But the tank itself definitely has held up.

I bought the starter kit because it came with everything i needed. All the supplies it came with work great like the filter, the heater, and the hood with light. Now, let's talk about the actual tank itself it is junk. Im on my 3rd tank in 2 years. The seal is horrible on them, and they start to leak. Im looking into getting a whole new set up and staying away from aqueon tanks all together. I have had nothing but trouble from the tanks. I have carpet, and luckily, i caught the leaks in time. Stay away from them if you dont want stressed out fish and leaky tanks. The only reason i gave it 2 stars is because the things that come with the tank are great, but the tank is junk.
