The brand and customer service are rude to begin with. Device is not worth it. Of course you will see a minimal improvement just like using your fingers and massaging your face but you might as well save your money because the brand wot support you if anything goes wrong. Waste of time and money you’ll never see again. I don’t recommend it at all this is my first and one 1 star review
