This is so easy to use in the device honestly walks through through the steps. It’s quite comfortable without any discomfort. It’s a little pricey, but I feel it helps in between spa treatments. I’ve only had it for 30 days so I don’t know if it’s making any difference, but I know it can’t be hurting

I love this device. It comes with everything in the box and was super easy to get setup-just turn it on, download the app and start a treatment. I find it very relaxing to use and find it effective. I really like doing the programs because I don’t have to think about what treatments work best together or how often to do a treatment. The videos can be kind of confusing sometimes because they won’t go over different options until you are on the second side of your face. I would like it if they had written/illustrated instructions as well. It can be cleaned with a soft cloths I use a glasses cleaning cloth and sometimes I add a bit of alcohol.
