I love using this to make albondigas. It has a great texture and flavor. It's made of good ingredients and has a nice spiciness. Can be made into different portions.

So this is a convenient and easy pick when making a Mexican style dish but i do feel it is not quite authentic Mexican rice. It gets just a little too moist with the cooking instructions and doesn't get quite as fluffy as I would like. However, it is convenient and easy to make when in a rush, like most moms are.
