Back when I had bad acne and breakouts - I was recommended and prescribed benzoyl peroxide face wash and treatments and then later found out I had a sensitivity towards it. I decided to look for my own face wash and stumbled upon zapzyt acne wash, which uses salicylic acid, a few years ago and I have been using it ever since. It helps keep the skin clean and is not irritating at all and I believe it helps keep acne and bacteria at bay and prevents breakouts.

I use this product for my back and chest and I'm in my 40s. With the occasionally use of a back scrub brush, I have really conquered my acne. My teenage son also uses the wash for his face and it seems to help. It's not too drying or harsh on either of us.
