FAST shipping, tons of choices, there is seriously something for everyone at Zappos! Also they take care of the issue of ordering shoes on line and them not fitting properly with their free and easy return policy.

I love Zappos. They typically have a great selection of shoes and the free shipping and free returns means that i don't have to worry about buying a pair of shoes and not liking them!

Zappos is one of my favorite sites - they have GREAT customer service, a really nice variety of products, and a lot of my favorite brands. Really speedy delivery times, and good prices too! 

Free shipping both ways which is absolutely necessary for a shoe company, they pay their workers well I've heard so extra points for a good company that doesn't cheap out, and they have a huge selection. The only room for some major improvement is a search algorithm more similar to amazon's, or at least show "in style" or "trending" as search result defaults; when I search shoes in my size it always comes up first with pages upon pages of ugly old people shoes.

I love buying shoes from here, they're very well priced and pretty good on shipping them in a reasonable amount of time, and they are also really great at sending a replacement pair or refunding you if your shoes gets lost in the mail.

The one thing i admire about Zappos is the company's lightning fast delivery. It always gets here the next day if you order by 1 o clock, but in the past, i have ordered after 1 and it still came in the next day! They have everything from shoes to swimsuits. YOu can pretty much get anything here and you don't even have to leave your home. It amazing!

This store has pretty much every brand you could want. I always find the best deals and sales on here and can usually get free shipping on my order. If I need to return something I can do it with no questions, I've gotten great service from the customer service department!

I buy shoes from zappos all the time. They always arrive in just a day or two, almost always fit the way they are described, and if I have had to send them back I'm given credit very quickly! I have never had a bad experience with zappos and will continue to use it as my go-to shoe shop!

Zappos has one of the largest collection of shoes! They have so many different styles and types of shoes itself it's impossible to go bored on their website. They have the best customer service and those people try to help you with everything that they can. You can't go wrong with this company

I love the free shipping both ways! Knowing I can return something for free makes me more comfortable buying shoes online since that's something I need to try on.  Luckily I have only returned a few pairs. Great selection at great prices!

Zappos is my favorite place to buy shoes. They can be a little pricey but every time I order shoes from them I super fast shipping and free returns on shoes. It's awesome and they have a huge selection in shoes. 

I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Zappos!  I love purchasing shoes from this company.  Their prices are very reasonable, often below retail.  You can find online coupons and sales.  There is a wide selection of shoes (and boots, sandals, clothing, accessories, etc.) to choose from and returning / exchanging is SUPER EASY if you purchase the wrong size.  Zappos has EXCELLENT customer service and an AMAZING return policy... up to a year, just in case you change your mind, as long as the shoes are still in unworn condition; otherwise, standard return policy applies.  Zappos provides fast shipping, both to your doorstep and back if you choose to return.  Wonderful service all around, in my opinion!

Zappos is great. They have a huge selection of every kind of shoe at very reasonable prices. They also offer free shipping and free returns, so if your shoe doesn't fit you aren't out any money to return it for the correct size. Really good company.

I love how fast Zappos is when it comes to getting my shoes to me. I also love their return policy and that they have free shipping and free return shipping if you need to return things.
