I used these prenatals all during pregnancy and until I stopped breastfeeding. They really have quality ingredients and I didnt have any issues with nausea. Will use these again if pregnant in the future.

With a lot of these you get an upset stomach or a lot of burping or a bad aftertaste like it is talking back shortly after taking it. These are nice no after tastes no upset stomach. They do go down really smooth. Be sure you take them with a full glass of water ~ not sure if that helps but that is what I always do. Good value for the money. I am not prego anymore but continue to take these for the overall women's health benefits as well as continued hair and nail growth. We also use several other supplements from this brand. All a good value for the money.
