I like Fresh Sugar cream lip treatment. They have a few shades and its super glossy. Its not cheap but $24 is still better than $34. I never found a drug store tinted balm that would moisturize that well and look glossy. YSL is a lot lighter actually, it adds color but lhas more of a satin look. If you want a really shiny lip, Fresh is better and has a nice shade for every skin tone.
