What started as a simple purchase of a fragrance at the boutique has led me down this rabbit hole of discovering wonderful skincare products by YSL. I was given a few sample packets of the Pure Shots Night Reboot Resurfacing Serum and Hydra Bounce Essence-in-Lotion to try out. I didn’t give much thoughts to it as I wasn’t always blessed with the healthiest skin and have learnt to live with my imperfections. These samples changed my views overnight. What I always thought when seeing others with perfect glowing skin was mainly attributed to good genes, these products proved me wrong. I tried them out without much expectations as I didn’t think I would be spending that kind of money on skincare products by big brands. The next morning I woke up and washed my face as per usual, but I discovered something unusual. My skin was supple and soft, and I’ve never experienced a feeling like that before in my life. I couldn’t stopped touching my face the whole morning and was very pleased with the result, and decided that for the next few days I was going to continue using the balance of my samples that I was given to test for breakouts (which often happens to me when products are too rich for my skin). My skin continued to improve day after day and before I knew it, I was at the boutique again and I purchased almost the whole range. After a full month of continuous usage, I can now safely say that I have found the skincare of my dreams. Not only it improved my skin texture, it also helped balance out my combination skin issues. I never had any breakouts resulted from changing my whole line of skincare and I am now always looking forward to my skincare routine day and night. Seriously in love and this is money well spent.
