  • "first off, i swatched this on a whim because who can resist ysl's packaging? the compact is all gold (so reflective that you can use it as a mirror but prone to fingerprints but it comes with a little pouch so who cares) and so incredibly classy. when you swatch it, you can tell that the powder is so high quality, very finely milled and soft; the highlight gives a very subtle sheen that picks up the light without any sparkles or glitter in it.. or color, really, just shine. then, of course, it looks so much better on the skin than swatched. i'm not an extreme highlighter person, so the natural glow look is perfect for me; it's been making me feel glowy and fancy af everyday since i bought it. though i definitely think it's worth the money for being a quality luxury highlight, i would say the essence purenude highlighter would be a decent dupe; however, that one is a little pinker and i wouldn't recommend finishing your face with it like you can with the ysl." in 5 reviews

The packaging is luxe and feels special. The product itself is soft and subtle, not glittery at all. It leaves a beautiful, natural glow to the skin. Its undertones are champagne. I would repurchase.

I saw Kathleen Lights talk about how amazing this was and I found it at Sephora and fell in love! Never was I so excited to spend $68 on a highlighter. It is a Victoria's Secret Angel type of glow- not too crazy, but subtle and beautiful. You can give this a wash all over key areas of the face without looking too "instagram-y". It's stunning. There is no chunky glitter business either- just straight up glowing perfection. The pan is huge as well so I doubt I'll ever run out of this. Worth the investment!!!

To be completely honest I'm a highlighter whore and this stuff is like crack. I use it every day because it's long lasting but it doesn't seep into your pores after foundation. Would for sure recommend to someone willing to spend some money for high quality

Ok ok we all know it's a bit pricey but the formula is absolutely amazing, you get this beautiful peachy hue on hour checks and it's so natural and soft.

I've heard amazing things about this powder and that it gives the most natural glow to your skin. But is it worth the price?

Some reviews say this is better as a finishing power than a highlighter. Would you agree?
