I first ordered from this online imported gourmet food store a year ago. I can honestly say I've only had a positive experience with this company. I didn't run into issues that others have mentioned. I have ordered goods mostly from Germany, Italy, and France. I mostly order for seasonal baked goods. There's a ton of selection of high quality brands. Worth mentioning is their loyalty reward program. I've been able to get decent discounts. Plus they run promotions for free products to add to your order. Finally the biggest reason I'm a return customer is the care in which they pack the products for shipping. Everything is double bubble wrapped and separated into there own compartments. I've even gotten a box within a box. Glass jars have never been damaged and cookies have never been crumbled.
