Hi I just ordered this through vitamin Shoppe and the Pollen polyps. I currently use the YS Royal Jelly, I just want to know is there a real difference?

I'm nervous to try this or any bee pollen product because I've never been stung by a bee. I'm not sure if I'll have an adverse reaction to it. I can eat honey and get bad seasonal allergies but I know bee products can help with this. Was anyone else in this same situation? Did you try it? Any negative side effects?
