Absolutely the best vitamins and minerals. Has all 90 essential nutrients. You will definitely feel better after taking this product. Only downside it turns your pee neon yellow but it’s not to worry this is normal and your body is flushing out toxins

I signed up to sell this stuff, I love the Youngevity Healthy Start Pack. The Multivitamin is a powder that has 90 essential minerals and nutrients, and you mix it in a glass of water and drink it, throughout the day. My favorite is the Osteo Fx Plus, It has 1200 mg of Calcium as well as several other minerals in it that absorb well with Calcium, I have yet to find another liquid calcium supplement that has all of this, not to mention it is also liquid and you add water to it, so it absorbs much easier into your bones than a pill would. My Dad who is in his 60's and still working in construction, was not taking any calcium for a lot of years, he started taking Osteo fx because he had known of Dr. Wallach the guy who created the vitamins a long time ago, and had always trusted him, and liked what he talked about, but he kind've forgot about him until I heard about these products from a friend. So he decided to start taking the healthy start pack, but they were saying if your older and you need to rebuild bone and cartilidge to take more than the normal dose of osteo fx for a while, so he did for a few months, maybe longer. He said his bones started feeling kind've achey for a while, when he was taking the extra dose, but he knew it was because they were rebuilding calcium into the bones. He said before he took Osteo fx, if he jumped down from his work truck, he had to be careful how he did it, or his leg would feel sore. But after he took the Osteo fx for a while, he said, he doesn't even worry about how he jumps down anymore, he said he feels like a twenty something year old again. I also did some research on vitamins and it looked like Calcium is one of the most important vitamins, the list of things that it can effect went forever. If your think about it most of our body is calcium. A naturopath that my mom goes to told her that if she wants to eat ice cream or things with sugar in them that might effect her blood sugar, to take some calcium before she ate the dessert, because the calcium attaches to the sugar and carries it out of the body. However, if you did not take calcium before you ate the sugar , it would take calcium out of your bones to carry the sugar out of your system. Also in the Healthy Start pack is the EFA pills, reason they make it in pill form is so that air cannot get to the oil and make it rancid, and they are super careful in the way that they produce it, to make sure that air doesn't get to it. You don't want to consume rancid oils, because they could possibly cause hardening of the arteries., which is why Dr. Wallach does not recommend that you buy any oils to cook with, it could already be rancid before you buy it, not to mention a lot of the bottles of oil that say olive oil, were tested by Consumer Reports and too many of them didn't even have olive oil in them, it was either soybean oil or canola oil , both are bad for you, canola oil once you get it in your body, it's very hard to get it out, and it can cause pain and other issues. Your best to just cook with a stick of butter, but make sure, it doesn't have Natural Flavors in the ingredient list. On MSGmyth.com they said Natural Flavors has MSG and Aspartame in it. There is no need for that in your butter. If you think you need oil to cook a pot of rice or something, then go to Consumer Reports to see which oils tested good, because too many tested bad. But I do know, they said the Organic Olive oil at Costco they said tested good, but make sure you get the Organic one and not the Regular one. My friend told me her mom has reactions to certain Olive oils and the Regular Costco Olive oil she reacted to. So stick to their Organic Olive Oil.
