While this isn’t my favorite gel topcoat it is however my favorite to use for chrome powder. I mean it chromes like a dream, perfect every time! No screwing around with having to half cure or anything like that. Cure for 60 seconds and you’re good to go in with your chrome powder of choice. Now the reason why it’s not a fave as a topcoat on its own is because it cures softer, but that’s exactly what makes it so good for chrome. Many gel topcoats are tempered, scratch resistant, etc. and they cure too smooth and hard that chrome won’t buff into them. It will just fall off, and that’s when you have to mess around with half curing which is no fun. I want things to work right the first time. With all that being said, this is a great gel topcoat to have in your arsenal. Just have a different one that cures more hard and smooth for all your topcoating.

This stuff is a really great top coat that you do have to cure in a lamp. This stuff works really well at giving you that glass like shine finish and the no chip or rub off top coat. I like how it looks on the brush coming out the bottle almost glass like (see through and clear). There is only one thing that I don’t like about this is the smell. So it smells horrible but if you don’t lean in really close and work quickly than you won’t have to smell it. It glides on nicely and doesn’t have the sticky feeling to it after you cure it. If your like me and like doing your nails and what that ultimate gel like shine top coat than this is for you and especially if you DIY nails than you’ll want this.
