A friend gave me this after my hysterectomy to help with hormones. It definitely made a difference. I didn’t start using it until about 3 months in. My hormones were all over the place. This definitely helped me feel more balanced. My doctor wanted to wait until 6 months out to discuss HRT. I wouldn’t have made it this far without this stuff I don’t think. Bless
