I love this tea. I drink it several times a day during my cycle. It helps with cramping and energy..I use it along with midol. It has a strong licorice flavor.

The tea is my go to during my "ladies days". The flavor has an aftertaste, but I can see beyond that for the wonderful beniifits it gives me.

Im giving this a b only because I did not like the taste of the tea I bought, I haven't tried any others yet. The one I has bought was for stress. I don't want to give a bad rating based on one bad flavor!

LOVE Yogi tea! It is the best. This one is fine - it's mostly about the benefits - but the best one is the ginger one!

I love all the Yogi teas I've tried. I also love the little quotes on the string. :)

I think the benefits of this tea outweigh everything else about it. There are times when all I can taste is cinnamon (which I am really sensitive to, as I'm not its biggest fan) and times when all I can taste is fennel seed. The health benefits are probably the best thing about this.
