I have been using the Gems version which my understanding is that it is more for beginners. The first few times I found it to be quite uncomfortable around the pinky toes, but this eventually subsided the more I wear them. I am up to about 45 min sessions at once. I think consistency will be key but unfortunately I have not seen any noticeable results as of yet. I’m at about 7 weeks using these regularly. And since you cannot walk in this pair, it can only be used while at rest. I think this is probably somewhat like teeth braces where they need to be on regularly for results. I am hoping to try another product that can be worn regularly so that I can walk around. I’d recommend this pair for beginners but these are not designed to walk around in and I don’t think you can get substantial results without them being on for longer periods of time.
As an avid runner, I was running into such pain in my toes that was beginning to keep me awake at night. I stumbled upon YogaToes and have fallen in love! It took some getting used to, but I have to say that the results are amazing. I wear them around the house when I’m watching tv, or folding laundry and I have realized there has been a lot of tension released in my feet. I am no longer awoken by throbbing pain in my toes!
