Simple to cook. All I have to do is put the noodles in boiling water and after 3 minutes, add the soup base. Plate and top with kimchi, fried egg and/or leftovers. I love the clear and light soup that's flavorful but not salty. I can read the Chinese text and it says Beef Bone Noodle Soup which is probably why the broth is not oily or fatty. The noodles is nice and chewy when it's freshly cooked. Good value and can be stored for a long time.
