This is my first time trying xylitol and I am very pleased with the purchase. I used this product to make healthy cocoa banana cupcakes and the result was very good, they were naturally sweetened, they had no bitter or artificial taste. I really recommend the product, I bought mine at my local pharmacy.

I started buying xylitol for my stepdad after he got diabetes out of nowhere, he started using artificial sweeteners but the aftertaste got to him. I got a xylitol sample and he loved it but the sample was in powder form and very concentrated a little went a long way. This one is easier to even cook with because it measures the same as regular sugar. I started using it as well and there is no aftertaste either and i love baking with it.

Xylitol's pretty decent for human consumption- for those wondering, it's used in most sugar free gum. And it doesn't have a bad aftertaste like a lot of artificial sweeteners. But a warning: it is EXTREMELY poisonous to dogs and cats. If you use it in cooking, make absolutely sure that your dog or cat can't get at it.

I love using xylitol in replacement of sugar. Now Foods makes a great product and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this product. The sweeter crystal are defiantly slightly larger in size compared to regular sugar cane. The sweetness is not over the top or artificial tasting at all. Most impressively it doesn't have that nasty artificial sweetener after taste.

This stuff is awesome! All natural sweetener with no calories? Yes please! When I bake with it, I can't tell the difference
