These are perfect for my keto diet, they are packed full of protein and keep me full for hours. They are healthy fat. Crunchy and delicious! I love to toast them and add to salads. They’re easy to crack open too!

I usually purchase from Costco or Sam’s but I ran out & took a quick trip to target for some. They tasted old and stale. I was very disappointed and now I’m never getting them from target again. Biggest mistake I have made, others have told me they had the same issue from target.

Love these nuts. Always so fresh and tasty. But this time I seemed to have a ton of empty shells. Really thought I would find all my nuts at the bottom of the bag, nope. For the price you pay I wish there was a way to get less empty shells

It is good mid office snack to have while working. It’s healthy and filling. It is lightly salted and crunchy. It doesn’t have too many calories.
