Bought this to make my every day salad dressing. The tangy flavor is delicious. It's grainy but somehow still smooth ,you don't get that roughness as with other grainy mustards. It almost like the grains are polished. Adds really great creaminess to the dressing. Of course it's good as a condiment as well. I've included the dressing recipe - it's from Bon Appétit website, and it's an easy and delicious one.
