I recently started making sandwich loaves with my sourdough starter. I grabbed this pan real quick at the store because I needed a new one. It has surprised me!! My bread rises perfectly and forms the best crust in this pan. I plan to keep this pan in use as I keep working on perfecting my sandwich loaf!!

This is great mold from Wilton.I have already bought a second bread mold. + easy to clean ,does not stick,does not scratch,can be washed in the dishwasher.I have not found any cons yet.On my recommendation,my friend bought such molds for her pastry shop,she is also pleased that she does not have to scrape to wash.The packaging is a beautiful color,reliable, Size .I like the size,it is not too big and not too small.

This pan is my favorite for making loaves of bread at home! Perfect size and my dough never gets stuck to it. It’s very lightweight but built very sturdy. Easy clean up and easy storage. Highly recommend.
