It helps lubricate the razor as you shave your stubble. This does two things. First, it lubricates your electric razor and keeps it from heating up. One benefit that it quite noticeable. Second, the alcohol in the pre-shave helps dry and lubricator your face. This reduces the instances of the razor grabbing onto your skin as you try to run it over your stubble causing it to “skip” over your skin. At the end of the day, you’ll find your shaves to be quicker, smoother, and closer than without Lectric Shave. What a great product!
