As much as we wish we could not everyone can afford to buy EVERYTHING from whole foods....if your on a budget like us name 3 common food items you insist on getting from Whole Foods.

We can't afford everything from Whole food either. But when we do shop there we purchase meats ( flank steak, bison, etc;Chicken is too expensive per lb), breads from the bakery (pretzel baguette is amazing) and cheese (we enjoy eating goat cheese but they have a different variety of cheese to chose from )

Meat, fruit and veggies - you will know that your foods do not have GMO's, pesticides, antibiotics and based on their rating system you would know how the animal was treated.

Meat! chicken, beef, and pork. I prefer getting my meats from whole foods versus anything else.

The fresh pasta station is wonderful (I love the black pepper pasta). You can get the pasta cut in whatever style you'd like (spaghetti, linguine, fettuccine, etc.). Also, if you like pre-made Asian noodle bowls, Annie Chun's are much cheaper at Whole Foods than other grocery stores. Their naan is also great (especially the garlic). StonyField's frozen yogurt is fantastic and there are much more varieties than other grocery stores (the coffee one is awesome). You also can buy seasonings, beans, salts, etc. in only the amount you need which can definitely save money.
