I use this cooking wine in a few dishes like chicken and pasta, and absolutely loved it. It adds such a nice flavor without overpowering the whole dish. Comes in a cute little bottle for a great price. The only thing is the wine is a little bit salty, but that’s expected being meditated cooking wine. overall I would order this again.
