We’ve had this washer for about 2 years now, and honestly… it deserves a raise. This thing works harder than anyone else in our house. We’re a big, busy family, and this washer has kept up without complaining (unlike the humans). It handles huge loads like a champ—blankets, towels, sports uniforms, you name it. If it fits in the door, it fits in the wash. For the smaller stuff, the quick load option is a lifesaver when someone suddenly “needs” their favorite shirt right now. The pretreat station is one of my favorite features. It’s perfect for stains and nasty sports clothes, and it saves me from scrubbing like I’m in an old detergent commercial. The agitator is removable, which makes washing blankets so much easier and helps keep everything balanced—no washer dance across the laundry room. Bonus points for the tub wash setting AND reminder, because let’s be honest… I would forget without it. The only issue we’ve had in two years was that the glue on the glass top started to come apart. Thankfully, it wasn’t a big deal—my husband fixed it easily with standard glue from the hardware store, and it’s been fine ever since. Overall, this washer has been great for our busy family. Reliable, roomy, and tough enough to handle whatever chaos we throw at it. If you need a washer that can keep up with real life (and real laundry piles), this one delivers. 🧺👏

I've had this washer for about 2 months now, I purchased new and after only about 5 loads a part broke and I had to wait over a month to have them service it. Whirlpool did not agree to exchange for a new one and so I had to wait until it was fixed after it getting fixed it continued to show the error message, I'm not a fan of these high tech appliances they break down so easily. Mine is still working but when I put comforters in it it makes so much noise and stops halfway telling me to distribute the weight.
