wet n wild Photo Focus Foundation
I really really really love this foundation! First off I was able to find my perfect shade, which never happens! I have dry sensitive skin, and I apply this with a damp beauty sponge. Now I have pretty good skin and and I don't have much of anything to cover up, this is like a strong medium coverage foundation. It looks so smooth on the skin. And even though it has a strong paint smell it doesn't break me out or anything. It last for about 6 to 8 hours before it starts to break down, but I don't powder it because my skins so dry. Definitely by far my favorite drugstore foundation! oh and it reminds me of the make up forever ultra hd foundation just a little less coverage, but I prefer that! The price point is like $5 so you have nothing to lose so I recommend 100%
For a drug store foundation this product is phenomenal! It is lightweight, but offers high coverage and sets to a matte (but not too matte) finish! The coverage also builds beautifully! One con is the shade range, it isn't that great, quite limited. I suggest testing out several shades on your inner wrist or neck, if at all possible, to find the right shade for you. The packaging is my only other con and that's only because it comes with a paddle applicator and I'm not a fan because it requires an extra step and clean-up having to use a palette. It's not enough to deter me from repurchasing, though. I would definitely repurchase!
At first I was skeptical, because my skin is problematic and really picky about what I put on it. My skin only works with certain primers, so I should say that if I use the wrong primer with this foundation, it gets gross on my face, but that's the same for every foundation. When I use the right primer though, this goes on beautifully, sets nicely with my setting powder and spray, and lasts all day. The last time I wore it, I was outside it 85° weather that was so humid it felt like a swimming pool outside, and it rained on me too, and this was still flawless at the end of the day. The next day I went to the USGA US Open with my $42 foundation, and that even cracked and separated on my face by the time I got home, and it wasn't even as hot and humid as the day before.

I have been on the hunt for my “HG” foundation for quite some time. Obsessively watching YouTubers go through their best and worst, wandering around Ulta and Sephora testing and trying any that I thought could possibly work on me. I have normal to dry skin, creeping fine lines, and larger pores around my nose and between my eyebrows. This foundation is by far my favorite. It has great coverage, doesn’t highlight my imperfections, and has a natural (not cakey) finish. And it’s under $10, cruelty free, and vegan. The shade is a little dark for me, but it’s summer, maybe I’ll get a tan. And it’s so inexpensive, I don’t mind picking up a couple of shades to mix and match.

Decided to try this foundation after hearing all of the hype from everyone and I finally bought it from Walgreens for only $5 so it is definitely budget friendly. I have combination skin with some acne and this foundation went on my skin pretty well, but it does have a distinct smell to it which I did not like. I bought the shade Shell Ivory with cool undertones which was a great match and the fact that they have so many shades its great. The foundation is buildable and products bend easily on top of it so contour, blush, bronzer, concealer, and highlight all blend great with this foundation as the base. Can't get any better for being a $5 foundation.

The only pro to this foundation is that it is affordable for people who have dry skin. Wet n wild is probably my fav drugstore brand, but this foundation does not work with my skin type. I have extremely oily skin + I live in Houston, we get crazy heat and humidity here. I found that this doesn't even last 3 hours on my oily skin and it breaks up especially around my nose. I also have small pimples and pigmentation issues and I find that this foundation doesn't provide enough coverage, I'd call it a low medium coverage. Lastly, the smell is exactly like wall paint. Would not recommend for oily skin girls or people who are looking for enough coverage for scarring.
After hearing many raves about this product, I finally decided to give it a try! I was super skeptical since its only $5.99! First, I love the shade choices! They had the perfect match for me! I am super oily so I wasn't sure how it would last. I out it on around 8am and didn't take it off until 11pm that night! I never had to touch up it looked exactly how I put it on that morning! This is a great everyday foundation. It has medium coverage, but doesn't build to full coverage. It is very light on my face, and I love the way it feels! :)

I've wore this foundation twice and I actually really like it. It says it's a "natural" finish but to me it's pretty matte. I got a shade a bit too dark for me but it's not too bad, so I'll just mix it in with a shade lighter. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the spatula, I wish it came in a pump but I'll continue to use it anyways! I'm not sure if I would buy it again just because I already have a matte foundation that works perfectly for me &I already have my perfect shade. I took 1 star off because I hate the smell. It's super strong when applying but after it dries you don't really notice them smell anymore. Other than that, I actually like this foundation!

Say hello to my new favorite foundation. Yes, it’s a drugstore brand and yes, it’s freakin’ awesome. I bought this in the shade Buff Bisque which is perfect for a light-medium skin tone with yellow undertones. This foundation blends really well for a matte finish that lasts literally all day. I apply with a wet Beauty Blender and set with a translucent powder. Although I would consider this a medium to full coverage foundation, the formula is super lightweight and doesn’t leave your skin feeling cakey or weighed down. It is truly almost like a second skin and leaves you looking flawless. Worth a try especially for the price point! And as a bonus, Wet ‘n Wild products are not tested on animals :)
I've been using this foundation for a couple months and I'm really liking it!! You can't beat it for $5-$6! Wet n Wild are really stepping their game up lately. I like that it doesn't give flashback like some foundations do! It does a great job at not doing that. The only thing that I really don't like about this foundation is I get really dry around my nose and it tends to really emphasize my black heads and dry patches on my nose. But normally if I set it I can make it work. They have a really nice shade range which is good and not always seen at the drugstore. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves makeup, rather you're new or have been doing it for years!
