Really sticky and tacky in the best possible way. Your eyeshadow is not gonna budge one bit. Also makes the colors look even cleaner. Really love to use it for regular shadows but it’s really great for glitter!

This is a full coverage primer that works well. Eyeshadow applies smoothly, evenly and extends wear time. Eyeshadow color is more true using this as a base. To remove primer, I do use a 2-step cleanse beginning with Clinique Take the Day Off Balm to start.

This eyeshadow primer is really nice. It does a good job at helping your eyeshadow stay on and also add a little pop for your eyeshadow. It has a little bit of a sticky texture so the eyeshadow has something more to stick to. There is no scent which is good because I do not want anything scented near my eyes. There is no creasing when using the primer which is good, even for me because I get oily eyelids. It leaves the eyes having a nice smooth finish perfect for eyeshadow application.
