I never had any problem with smearing or melting when I wear it unless I would cry while wearing it.

Never had a problem with it smearing, I used the dark brown shade to fill/shape my brows in.

I only use this on my waterline, and it doesn't smear at all. If you used it on your top or bottom last lines then probably, yes.

Yes, I like wet eyeliner rather than the pencils. The pencils usually smear

If you add a primer before applying the liner, it shouldn't smear.

Like most Wet n Wild products, it can, but not a lot. I also like their products because they're very affordable

It could, since they're not waterproof like people mentioned. But there's a few other things to consider. If you have oily lids, pencils are more prone to sliding regardless. These aren't as creamy as other liners (and creamy liners run easier) so they're not that melty. I've worn these for hours and haven't had them smear at all.

I would say yes. They aren't waterproof (I can simply wipe it away w/ a Kleenex) so I'd say leaving it on longer than a few hours might be a problem.
