Coordinating trio shades take the guesswork out of creating the perfect eyeshadow look. Each complementary shade is embossed with "eyelid," "crease," and "browbone" to provide an easy application guide. These long-lasting, richly-pigmented formulas contain a jet-milled base and silicone technology for satiny-smooth, crease-resistant wear. Enriched with macadamia oil, each shadow provides continuous moisture that improves the appearance of the delicate eye area.

This is a review of all six Wet N Wild eyeshadow trios - Walking On Eggshells, Sweet As Candy, Silent Treatment, Don't Steal My Thunder, Spoiled Brat and I'm Getting Sunburned. These are being discontinued and three of them (the first three) are coming back as quads (the same colors plus a matte transition shade) alongside three new ones. I have also added a photo of my swatches of each palette to compare. Wet N Wild is, to me, the jewel of the drugstore. It is quite considerably lower priced than other drugstore brands, and the quality of their eyeshadow (and a lot of their other products) blows the others out the water. These shadows are incredibly pigmented, super buttery, so soft they almost hit cream-shadow status, and they blend like a dream. I also really like the color selection offered. I know that many people complain about Walking On Eggshells and Sweet As Candy being too similar, and I can see where they are coming from, but to me the feel of the color story is different. WOE is markedly warmer, the brown crease shade is very golden, and the pink lid shade is more of a pink toned nude. SAC has more differentiation between the brown and pink - the brown is cooler and less shimmery than in WOE and the pink is a definite light pink and not a nude. The cream shade is also bolder in SAC; in WOE it is more shimmery and leans ever so slightly into the golden sheen that covers the whole palette. In my opinion, Don't Steal My Thunder and Spoiled Brat are far more similar palettes - they both contain and a silver and a black, with DSMT being completed by a white, and SB with a bright fuchsia pink with a slight blue sheen. The silvers in these two are practically identical, and although the black in DSMT has a fine silver sheen in the pan and SB has a bolder drizzle of silver glitter, the only obvious difference in these two shades on the skin is that SB is much bolder and generally performs better. The last two palettes are actually my favorites. I'm Getting Sunburned has some of the creamiest shadows of the lot - a gorgeous strong true pink with a rich gold and ultra dark brown which is a very unique color story. They surprisingly compliment eachother very well. Personally I like to go against the suggestion of the palette and use the pink on my lid instead of the gold, but that's the beauty of these palettes - you can make several looks with just one, and mix and match, because the formula is consistent across all six. My absolute favorite of all is Silent Treatment. The shimmering peach can be worn by itself for a gorgeous natural look, but when paired with the taupe shimmer they are both stunning. This taupe is one of my favorite shadows that I own. ST also has the only satin/matte shade in all the palettes - a deep brown with gold glitter to serve as a crease shade. I find all these trios so stunning, and amazing value for money. They are currently still available in the drugstore but are being marked down to clear way for the new line. They are also on sale on the WnW website right now. They will soon be gone forever - get them while you can!

Not quite what I was expecting. The shades themselves are great and this is a nice, neutral, cohesive (except for the blue) palette. I'm a big fan of Wet N Wild, love their Photofocus Foundation, highlighters, the liquid lipsticks, setting sprays... I'm always out to look bangin on a budget. These shadows, however, are a hard pass. They are so powdery, have WAY too much kickback and fallout. Be prepared for the sandstorm you kick up when you go to dip your brush in.

These have great pigmentation and blend out very easily. While they may not have very many colors in them, they are super inexpensive and are perfect to throw into a purse or travel bag in case of an eyeshadow emergency. Plus they come with a small brush, so if you had to you could apply in a rush while on the go.

These Wet N Wild Color Icon Eyeshadow Trios were my first mini "eyeshadow palettes" when I first started out with makeup in highschool! They are definitely a throwback product for me, since I don't really use them anymore, but I would say for someone looking to start out with makeup and doesn't want to invest in more expensive, high end products, these eyeshadow trios are a perfect product to start out with! They are SUPER CHEAP and really pigmented! Definitely a bang for your buck, literally, like two bucks. Plus, the colors in each trio complement each other! This one in particular can make for a nice natural eyeshadow look or a smoky brown eye look.

I must admit, I had a like/hate relationship with Wet 'n' Wild Trios in the beginning. They always have a "shimmery" shade or two in the mini-palette, but it's usually just an over-spray effect. The shadow underneath is matte.

I prefer shimmery shadows, so revealing a matte shadow under a shimmery overspray is NOT the way to win my affections. However -- and that's a big HOWEVER -- the trios finally won me over because the colors are so freakishly smooth and pigmented!

Now that I know what to expect under all that glitz, I'm starting to like Wet 'n' Wild Trios increasingly more. Just don't go and change anything, 'K?

I'm giving this 5 stars for the amazing quality at the price point. I was turned on to this product from a YouTuber and the comments left on her video. I ran across it at a Target and grabbed it. I'm quite impressed, I always had something in my head about wet n wild bc growing up it was a cheap brand with cheap quality. It wasn't until I would see all these great reviews on many of their products that I decided to try their products again. I had tried some that were pretty good so I didn't hesitate with the Walking on egg shells trio. I really like it I paid $2.99 for it and I use the brow shade the most. It's fantastic for brightening the corner of my eyes and highlighting my brow bone. The great thing is that it doesn't fade it looks just as good later in the day. I used the lid color one day and it was beautiful I used it with the yogurt color nyx jumbo pencil under it and wow! For $2.99 the quality is great. Now the crease color a darker brown, I haven't used yet, although I've swatched it, a very pretty color but I usually only use dark shades like that in my crease and I only use matte shades in my crease. (All the shades are shimmer in this trio). I recommend you check this out. Great staple in my collection (especially the brow bone shade)

My first eyeshadows when starting off experimenting with makeup. Great for travel since they are small. Easy to apply, use, blend, and take off. Inexpensive, but not cheap quality. Good combination between a matte and a shimmer finish. Great for the quick/ classic natural everyday looks. Well worth it. Would recommend and purchase again.

I have had the walking on egg shells trio for a long time now and the colors are still just as beautiful as they were when I first bought it. I think this trip is great for an everyday natural look to the eyes with a bit of shimmer. Great to throw in the purse for those on the go moments. I used this palette trio a lot when I worked in an office. It was my go to staple for a long time. If your looking for something easy and simple to use with beautiful natural colors with a bit of a kick then this one is for you. The price is also amazing.

This is the first legitimate eyeshadow I’ve ever used (walking on eggshells). And all I used the first time was the lid shade and the browbone shade. It was perfect for a classic everyday look! When I go out I’ll try all 3 together. I have oily eyelids, but it held up for awhile. I think it was about 10 hours before I noticed a crease — and when I did I just gently rubbed it out and it still looked good. I love the shimmery shade and how it stayed for awhile. I’m definitely going to start using this more often! Super affordable.

I loved this when I was in middle school. The words in the shadows helped me learn application. This would be great for younger kids just getting into makeup. Super affordable and the colors are pretty pigmented.
